FAQ

Common questions.

Can people book a call with me through the website?

Yes. We can add a button linked to your scheduling tool, such as Calendly or Microsoft Bookings, so clients can pick a time that suits.

Can you include my qualifications and memberships?

Yes. We’ll show your qualifications, memberships and registration details in a way that’s clear without being cluttered.

How much does a website cost?

A Simple Site is $790 and a Business Site is $1,690. Both are fixed prices, so the number you see is the number you pay. Bigger projects start from $3,500 and are quoted before any work begins.

The only ongoing costs are your domain name (about $15–$30 a year, paid to the registrar) and the optional Care Plan at $29 a month.

How long will it take?

Most Simple Sites are ready to preview about a week after we have your details and photos. Business Sites usually take about two weeks. Once you approve the preview, launching takes a day or two.

Will I appear on Google?

We build every site so Google can read it properly: clear page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and business details in the format search engines look for. We also submit it to Google once it’s live.

No one can honestly guarantee a ranking. Where you appear depends on your competition, your reviews and your Google Business Profile, among other things. We set you up on the right foundations and show you what helps.
