FAQ

Common questions.

Can I update my menu myself?

On the Care Plan, just send us the changes and we’ll update it, usually within a business day. Menu changes are exactly what the included monthly time is for.

Can customers book a table on the website?

Yes. We can connect the booking platform you already use. If you need a new booking system, we’ll recommend a few and quote the setup.

How much does a website cost?

A Simple Site is $790 and a Business Site is $1,690. Both are fixed prices, so the number you see is the number you pay. Bigger projects start from $3,500 and are quoted before any work begins.

The only ongoing costs are your domain name (about $15–$30 a year, paid to the registrar) and the optional Care Plan at $29 a month.

How long will it take?

Most Simple Sites are ready to preview about a week after we have your details and photos. Business Sites usually take about two weeks. Once you approve the preview, launching takes a day or two.

Will I appear on Google?

We build every site so Google can read it properly: clear page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and business details in the format search engines look for. We also submit it to Google once it’s live.

No one can honestly guarantee a ranking. Where you appear depends on your competition, your reviews and your Google Business Profile, among other things. We set you up on the right foundations and show you what helps.

Your business is ready.
Let’s build the website.

Tell us a little about your business. It takes about two minutes, and we’ll reply within one business day.

No obligation. No hard sell.
